Do's & Don't's:
~ Do NOT use during menstrual cycle.
~ ONLY bathe with soap at night.
~ Do not have sex after bathing with soap.
How to use:
~ House shelled soap on a white plate or brass bowl, high off the ground, on a prosperity altar, higher self altar, or white table. Keep covered with white cloth.
~ Bathe routinely as usual. Lather soap and apply from top to bottom, head & face, to sole of feet.
~ Pray and state your desires while bathing.
~ Rinse & air dry.

How to use soap during the day:
~ Rub hands with Bint El Sudan blessing oil. With hands hovering over soap, pray & state your desires.
~ Taking a small size of soap into hand, rub hands together. Lightly rub on body starting from head, face, arms and down to feet. Can be done with clothes on.
If clothes off, do not rinse.
